My journey

Ever since I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by understanding people and finding ways to improve the world around me. My journey began with an eye for aesthetics, which I initially expressed as a photographer. However, I soon realised my passion extended far beyond the visual. My curiosity and empathy led me on a diverse path — from managing NGO projects to building a retail brand, sales and marketing and managing fashion boutiques. Each experience deepened my understanding of people, brands/businesses and ways to drive success.
In 2020, I found my true calling as a UX designer—where I can blend my passion for understanding human behaviour with my love for creative problem solving and aesthetics. Now, in my career, I’m focused on bringing value to teams through:
● UX Research – Uncovering deep insights to drive meaningful, user centered solutions.
● Service Design – Taking a holistic problem solving approach to identify root issues and the best solutions.
● End-to-end UX/UI – Managing the entire product journey, from ideation to launch, maintaining a big picture perspective while meticulously refining the details.
