My journey

Ever since I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by understanding people, finding ways to make an impact and improve the world around me. Early in my design career, I focused on building brands, business strategy, and marketing. This skill set naturally led me to discover UX Design, where I could combine my passion for understanding human behaviour with my love for creative problem solving and aesthetics. 

Since 2021, I’ve been refining my UX expertise across fintech, banking, and freelance projects, delivering value through:
UX Research – Uncovering deep insights to drive meaningful, user centered solutions.
Service Design – Taking a holistic problem solving approach to identify root issues and the best solutions.
End-to-end UX/UI – Managing the entire product journey, from ideation to launch, maintaining a big picture perspective while meticulously refining the details.
